Hi! I'm Dr. Samuel Acuña.

I am a biomedical engineer with expertise in neuromuscular biomechanics and human-centered design. My research explores new technologies to address movement disorders that develop after injury. 

I'm a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioengineering at George Mason University. 

I'm also the Assistant Director of Design in the Center for Advancing Systems Science and Bioengineering Innovation.
